Our PE
protective film is widely applied to the field of
building materials,electrical appliance,hardware
and so on (i.e.aluminum composite panel,stainless
steel plate,ceiling,aluminum sheet, aluminum shape,
plastic-steel shape and curtain wall plate,etc.),in
order to protect the material while manufacturing,
transporting and fixing.
Here
is its basic application introduction:
Ⅰ、Color：transparent
/white/black & white/ blue
Ⅱ、Thickness：30um～120um
Ⅲ、General viscosity
①【Super low viscosity】 : SL5～SL20,
it is mainly applied to the special glabrous surface
protection,for example,aluminum sheet,PET surface
coating ceiling, meter panel,glass surface and various
electronic products.
②【Low viscosity】: L30～L80, it is
mainly applied to the following:
◆Stainless
steel plate:mirror surface,normal frosted surface;
◆Aluminum shape:electrophoretic
coating,imiatated steel,polishing and powder coating;
◆Normal aluminum plate;
◆Ceiling of powder coating;
◆Aluminum composite panel
of nonmetal surface,etc.
③【Midium viscosity】: M90～M130,
it is mainly applied to stainless steel plate of
rough frosted surface;thick aluminum plate of rough
surface;aluminum shape of frosted surface,ceiling
of PVDF coating; aluminum composite panel of glabrous
metal surface,etc.
④【High viscosity】: H140～H160, it
is mainly applied to normal aluminum composite panel
of metal lacquer;curtain wall plate of metal lacquer;
aluminum shape of rough frosted surface,etc.
⑤【Super high viscosity】: SH170～SH500,
it is mainly applied to aluminum composite panel
of rough metal lacquer; curtain wall plate of rough
metal lacquer; aluminum shape of PVDFsurface ,etc.
四、Normal specification
◆ Width：jumbo roll 1000mm～1570mm, width of cutting
≥18mm
◆ Length：①1000m(thickness≤60mm)；②700m(thickness≥70mm)
五、Printing
Generally
speaking, it would be printed in double colors,
but triple colors would be available when the overprint
requirement is not strictly requested and the printing
pattern is large enough.
Note：The professional comment of choosing the item
is depended on our test for the adherend.

◆ 180° peel strength (adhesive to steel)：5g/cm～300g/cm
◆ Aging test：Attach the film to mirror surface stainless
steel,then placed aside for 48 hours where it is
65℃ and the humidity is 85%. After cooling ,peel
off the film by 50mm/s, and there is no residue.
◆ The virulent and harmful content: Conform to the
SGS standard
